for those who have written to AU, i believe you have all received a reply from them right?
personally, i feel that this shows they are expecting this and open to this.
i was worried at first that the operator would be pissed off to suddenly realize his workload had been multifplied by 1000x XD
even if they don't read our mails one by one, it would be still be great if they would look at our mail bombardment and go 'arashi fans suggoi!!'
at least in their reply they seem to recognize the encouragement we are conveying to their use of talents.
we can only help so much, after all this show of support, i pray ohno doesn't spurt out anything else to waste our effort

I feel like I'm being tested on my love for Arashi.^^; My belief have just been further proven, I am hopelessly in love with them. I have never been so emotionally invested in a group before. I admit this is emotionally exhausting for everyone. But I would not let them disregard all the work Arashi have done for so many years because of this. I have already written all the sponsors and broadcasters that are always supporting Arashi. We will get through this. I am looking forward to the day when we can look back at this scandal and learned how precious Arashi really is. T_T

I think it would be better if we send messages to AU, Tongari, TBS, NTV, etc etc in Japanese, cuz, Ya, i think Japanese people will be heard more than us, foreign fans.. We now send mail to au or the other places blindly is not a good choice.
Au cares their users,not the fans overseas.So ours' mail may trouble them and make the thing worse.
The official has no response now, so the better thing we can do now maybe is just wait patiently.

so far, i have a hunch that au is expecting the fans to write as they have done up an excellent automatic reply system in both English and Japanese to all that have written in.

AU actually responded back to my comment. Not sure if its automated or not... but since it says they haven't yet decided what to do with Ohno's CMs we can be hopeful... ne!!!

Hi!! This is the first time I put my comment. I am from Indonesia but I live in Japan for 7 years. Ohno looked so tired when he took video for promoting the new single Truth. He seemed not taking good rest. Many fans and anti of Arashi are fighthing now.
