hmm...
i'd do a review after i watch a full version of this ep coz my internet line in chicago was kind of screwed nearly 90% of the show so i was just seeing static pics T_T
but it seemed dreary... my baby cried alot ne~~~

so how was it???

geez... i hope for once that 2ch doesn't reflect everyone in japan O.o...
the reviews were terrible - from jun's bad acting to the 'unrealistic' and 'untimely' plot (it's recession and people wanna see happy stuff)... most people seemed upset there O.o...

i'm still waiting for my clearer version to finish downloading so i have a better gist of the dorama... O.o...

finally watched smile
omg... he didn't catwalk O.o... although he's walking like he's got a sanitary napkin on to keep his legs apart XD <---this is a good sign
and his name is really vito, not bito.^^
and when he smiles, i smile too awwww~~~ baby so cute so cute when he smiles
and i want that pig!! and of course it's gotta be a pig coz it's tbs la~

anyway, poor baby got locked up in jail for 5 years O.o and that hadn't given him any stress wrinkles yet although he got fat lol... <---this is a good sign
and the poor lawyer went from contact lens to spectacles in 5 years lol
and after the hyd series + this, i've come to a conclusion that it's not that japan has no tall guys, it's just that my baby is short. T_____________________T

some weird parts...
when hana first saw vito, she looked like she saw a ghost, no wonder vito got the creeps at first lol
and even if she lost her wallet, she shouldn't have taken the book and left without paying... which made her a shoplifter anyway ><
and vito looked so guilty and nervous during the locker check i would have taken him into custody too >"< awww... poor baby T_T
and although i really wanna hug poor baby when he was wailing in hmv, i just found it kind of odd that he would just run away from the police when he was wronged in the first place. the whole T_T + police chase parts were just too exaggerated i think.

parts which clicked with me...
whether in bambino or here, baby really has no luck in restaurants ne~~~
i got pissed off right at the beginning already with the first mutters of "filipine yaro..."
just last friday, i went to the green mill (supposed to be damn famous jazz bar in chicago), and i got really bad racist treatment there. me and my malaysian friend were the only non caucasian in the queue, we weren't prepared with identity cards coz the bouncer at the door didn't ask anyone else in the q for it. and when it was our turn, he demanded for our ID, and luckily, i had it in my wallet, but my friend had to dig her bag for it. and that asshole bouncer sneared at her, "when you're in my country, you gotta know our rules!" it was damn embarrassing, and guess what? he let all the other people in the q get in, and closed the door on us.
there was a caucasian guy who was loitering at the door who also got angry at the situation and muttered, "racist pig!"
though pissed off, we still decided to go in since this place was HIGHLY recommended in the travel mags everywhere it couldn't be that bad. it was really crowded inside coz a grammy winner was performing that night. we squeezed our way towards the stage and stood by one of the side tables like everyone else.
and guess what?? this guy at that table stood up and told us we couldn't stand there!! WTF!!! he pointed where we could stand and it was next to the toilets. i was so insulted i left even before the band started. it was the most racist thing that ever happened to me in america.
so it was quite frustrating watching smile to be honest

on the other hand, we also went to other bars in chicago and everyone there was really sweet. green mill was the only crap place. maybe coz they think they were SO FAMOUS *spits on them*

anyway... enough of the racist rant^^

awwwww~~~ those babies sooooo kawaii!!! i wanna take a bunch back home and dump them with my mom XD

LMAO when i hear them describing how terrifying this shun character is then i see this ah beng appearing instead to be honest, the fight scene was pretty XD... in fact, i haven't seen any japanese dorama fight scene that wasn't XD... lol

and of course vito has to end up in hmv ORZ... everyone loves hmv ne

overall, i like it
it's finally not another brain dead manga rabu story
it's about something real and happening out there. it's quite cool that tbs has the guts to pull this one off, since it kind of put japanese people on the dark side.
hope the rest of the eps don't turn into some cheesy moral story ORZ~~~

SPOILERS!! BE WARNED!!

someone in 2ch wrote that this is a "反日ドラマ"
i'm reading their comments (most are kya for gakki and baby bashing lol) while watching the dorama 'live'... so far so good ne~

awww~ but i don't want my baby to wipe toilet bowl and fold blanket himself T_T it's a damn clean toilet bowl btw XD <---screams for maid~~~ >"<...
today vito so poor thing so poor thing so poor thing he looked sad the first 3/4 of the show awww~~~
but geez... how come i see domyoji when he was in the gang O.o *dies* and now he's like a mouse O.o...
and both vito and ah beng shun got screechy laugh ORZ...

aaahhh!! i bet that little girl is hana! so hana already knew vito when she was a kid ne~ so sweet wah i really like hana, she's really brave and so smart^^ but those lawyers must have rocket packs to be able to appear so suddenly O.o

yay!!! vito won the case
the last 1/4 of this ep is so damn sweet and yet so awwww^^ it's really nice watching jun get chased by female lead for a change but awwww~ that must be her bro la~~~
this ep is very very nice

hope sho gives jun a big chuz to cheer him up

this is definitely not an inspiring show before a friday night party, and the story is getting more and more depressing LOL
but i think it's a decent dorama overall.^^ i'm enjoying it so far. but i can understand why the ratings wouldn't be high - depressing, uninspiring, no prince charming, no trendy styling, no humour, etc...
i'm still glad jun took on this show, no matter the ratings la~~~
at least i would recommend my friends this show more than bambino... which is really crap to me ORZ

smile ep 5 random thoughts...
SPOILERS AHEAD!!!

omg... i was giggling throughout the whole shunxjun scene
geez... poor baby was scared shitless by shun aww~~~
and i'm amazed no matter how violent shun was with the knife and pulling hair thing at the restaurant, the couple sitting by the window seemed oblivious to everything
rina's mom is a harpy. everyone other than hana, lawyer+the rice people that jun is working with now seems very good at venting their frustration at my baby T_T...
and the question is, why didn't the lawyer fart at the baddies instead XD?
and i think the jail warden is in love with vito^^
blond shun was what i saw before this dorama aired, so i wasn't wrong about his hairstyle^^
the whole time i was gawking at jun's sexy collarbones O.o... but i really wished someone would buy him some decent clothes ><... +whitening cream
vito's so cute so cute so cute when he's with hana chan but there's so little vito hana scenes today T______________________T
wahhhhh~~~ vito's bd is coming soon^^ 5/19^^
no matter how much everyone smiles in this show, it's got such depressive undertones
the last part of this ep made me T_T so bad T_____________________________T <---this is the first time i T_T in any jun dorama... ORZ~~~
this is such a heart wrenching show T__________________________________T

but at least nino's butai is coming up next, at least this is something to look forward to, other than more WORK 2D moving visuals on my pc screen.

i've been so freaking busy it's ridiculous ><...
i just arrived in london last evening. it's 4am in the morning right now. and obviously i'm completely jet lagged >"<...

haven't watched ep 9 of smile... but it's been so awfully dreary it's pretty hard to watch ne... especially when my life right now is GODDAMN freaked packed with work work work... no time even for msn for the last couple of days >"<... i'm freaking watching the sun rise out of my window and google-ing for vivienne westwood outlets XD at 4am O.o wtf...

the only shows i try to make time for and really look forward to are shukudaikun (brainless, relaxing, half hr, one off) and ironically arashichan. the mannequin thing just let me drool and lmao at my beautiful boys^^ also brainless, laugh and put it behind me shows. lol

i can't stomach smile nor quiz show nor any dorama atm (unless it's funny, just eye candy and brainless like kimi wa petto...WHY CAN'T THERE BE ANOTHER KWP KIND OF CUTESY FUN PRETTY BOY JUN DORAMA???... ok, i'm contradicting to what i said before about wishing jun to be in some serious shit, but i didn't expect this to be so dreary... and i desperately needed to be entertained right now LOL the pace of my life can't get any worse faster i think XD so no space for anything to slow me down >"<...

but it was a beautiful evening in london^^ i went to southbank for dinner.
the sun was STILL setting when i zzz at around 10pm ORZ... what a pity...
